Script for CoolPool Wins 2 Awards

In February 2017, I worked on "CoolPool", a short film I co-wrote with Daniel Peaslee for the 48 Hour Film Festival in Fort Collins, CO. I got the idea for it one night while in a Lyft and thinking about all of the passengers that must have ordered a ride using the various apps available to us in our daily lives. Its a bit dark but might make you laugh in the end, I hope you enjoy my first film that I've ever cowriter and worked on behind the scenes as well! In addition to writing the script I also took on the role of assistant director for the film, arranging call sheets, hosting auditions, and helping make sure things ran smoothly on set. It was a ton of fun working with other CU Boulder grads and being creative with the time limits and requirements of the festival.

We won two awards for our film:

"Best Writing" and "Best Use of Line."
